1. 30-Day Guarantee
High Rider offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible products purchased directly through drinkhighrider.com. By initiating a return, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the original order date.
Only products purchased directly from drinkhighrider.com are eligible for this guarantee. Products purchased through third-party retailers or distributors are not covered.
2. Product Use Limitation
To remain eligible, no more than two (2) bottles from the order may be opened or used.
All additional units must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer support team at hello@drinkhighrider.com to obtain authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. The Company is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be received in good condition, subject to the usage allowance above.
Returns that are excessively used, damaged, or otherwise not in resalable condition may not qualify for a refund.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only after the Company has received and inspected the returned items.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Please allow up to [10–14] business days for processing after receipt of the return.
7. Exceptions
The Company reserves the right to deny a refund if the return does not meet these terms.
This policy applies only to standard consumer purchases and does not cover wholesale, distributor, or bulk orders.
2. Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is an issue, please email hello@drinkhighrider.com a brief message of the problem as well as photos, and we will begin the replacement process.
3. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
4. Changes to this Policy
High Rider reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Please check our website or contact Customer Service for the most up-to-date information.
